Terry D. Stinson
Joins Fidelity Flight Simulation
Board of Directors


February 9, 2009: North-side based Fidelity Flight Simulation is pleased to announce the appointment of former Bell Helicopter CEO Terry D. Stinson to the Board of Directors. Mr. Stinson served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bell Helicopter Textron from 1997 to 2002. During his tenure Bell acquired a number of Boeing helicopter lines, began a joint venture with Agusta Spa, and opened the V-22 Osprey facility in Texas. Earlier Mr. Stinson served as Group Vice President and Segment President of Textron Aerospace Systems and Components Group, during which he was a key member of the team in the 1992 acquisition of Cessna Aircraft Company.

Mr. Stinson currently serves as Group Vice President, Structures & Systems for AAR Corporation, a leading provider of aviation supply chain, MRO, system structures and aircraft leasing. He also served as President North America of Thomas Group and as CEO of Xelus, Inc., a collaborative enterprise service management solution company. Prior to joining Bell Helicopter Textron, he was President of the Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies Corporation.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of consumer goods giant Lennox International, and until recently was on the Board of the Triumph Group, Inc., a global leader in supplying and overhauling aerospace and industrial gas turbine systems and components.

In other Fidelity Board news, Douglas Schofield has resigned the Board to establish the first private collage in Bhutan in the Himalayas. He has served as an international banker for Mellon Bank, and for nearly a decade as an advisor to Save the Children on its microfinance programs in 18 developing countries. Mr. Schofield holds a PhD from Harvard Business School in strategic planning for colleges.

Mr. Schofield will be replaced on the Fidelity Board by William F. Rooney, General Partner and Director of Pittsburgh based Western Pennsylvania Adventure Capital Fund. Mr. Rooney has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, early stage telecom companies, and venture funding. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from La Salle University and an MBA from Fordham University.
