For Immediate Release
February 19, 2009

Avenge Inc. of Dulles, VA has purchased a MOTUS® full motion King Air 300 simulator from Fidelity Flight Simulation. The simulator will be reconfigurable to also allow training in the RC-12, the military version of the Beechcraft Super King Air and Beechcraft 200. The cockpit will be highly type specific, with a cockpit layout reconfigurable between a 3-screen Universal 890R EFIS display and standard flight instruments. A stimulated Universal UNS-1F Flight Management System will also be provided.

Fidelity will work closely with Avenge in an initial Instructional System Design training task analysis. The task analysis will specify each of the operational, non-normal, and emergency tasks to be trained, each of which will be addressed in the simulator design.

The simulator will be used to train Avenge pilots who are flying King Air 200, 300s and RC-12s for the U.S. Military in both the United States and abroad. Avenge Flight Training, LLC (AFT) will be pursuing FAR Part 142 certification. Initially AFT will train Avenge pilots with the goal shortly thereafter of providing initial and recurrent training for military and civilian pilots.

“It is great to be working with Avenge on the King Air 300 simulator, “ said Mark Limbach, Director of Business Development for Fidelity Flight Simulation. “We’re confident the simulator will be an important part of Avenge’s growth and the job it is doing in supporting our troops abroad.”
